Role Description

We are growing our U.S. Industrial Sector team and seeking a Senior Client Manager with experience serving industrial manufacturing companies and delivering innovative water solutions. This role is ideal for a business development professional who thrives in client-facing environments and is excited to help shape our growth in this market.

As a Senior Client Manager, you will:

• Lead strategic business development efforts with industrial clients.
• Help clients solve complex water, wastewater, reuse, sustainability, and environmental challenges.
• Build executive-level relationships and identify opportunities.
• Guide account strategies and collaborate with technical teams.
• Influence market strategy and contribute to the growth of our Industrial Sector across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, account management, consulting, engineering, or related professional services supporting industrial clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Demonstrated success developing and growing relationships within industrial manufacturing organizations.
• Experience selling services related to industrial water treatment, wastewater management, water reuse, environmental compliance, sustainability, engineering consulting, treatment operations, or capital project delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of client organizations, from executive leadership to plant operations teams.
• Strong understanding of business development, account growth, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Passion for helping industrial clients solve operational and environmental challenges.
