[Hiring] Senior Business Development Executive @ScalingCraft Solutions

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to own new client acquisition for our international markets, mainly the US, the UAE, and Australia. You will run the complete sales cycle yourself:

• Finding and qualifying leads
• Reaching out
• Running discovery calls
• Pitching our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and full-funnel marketing services
• Handling pricing and closing

Once a client signs, you hand them to our delivery team with a clean brief and stay close until they are set up. This is a role for an experienced closer who can run a pipeline and hit a target with minimal supervision, in a focused week rather than a full one.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience selling digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content or similar), with deals you closed yourself.
• Proven experience selling to clients in the US, Australia, or the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and comfortable with cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach as a daily routine.
• Working knowledge of a CRM such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Working understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CAC, ROAS, and sales funnels.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the confidence to run video calls with international clients on your own.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a pipeline and a target and work independently with minimal supervision, using a personal device.

Requirements

• Build and qualify a pipeline of prospects in the US, the UAE, and Australia using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, against a weekly target of new conversations.
• Reach out to prospects every working day through calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn messages, and follow up until you get a yes or a clear no.
• Run discovery calls to understand each prospect’s goals, and present our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and full-funnel marketing services on video calls.
• Prepare a custom proposal and pitch deck for every qualified opportunity, working with our delivery team on scope and pricing.
• Lead pricing discussions and close deals independently.
• Keep Zoho CRM accurate every day: every contact, call, deal stage, and next step, so the pipeline is visible without anyone asking you.
• Use your Dubai base to open doors with business owners in the UAE and the wider GCC, and build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
