Play a key role in achieving Two Eighteen's new business objectives by:

• Discovering new market opportunities and leads
• Maintaining a pipeline
• Establishing new accounts within targeted industries
• Cultivating and sustaining business relationships through face-to-face meetings, tradeshows, networking events, phone calls, and virtual communication
• Managing opportunity identification, lead nurturing, and relationship development
• Working closely with the VP Business Development to maintain KPIs and growth strategies

• Actively working out solutions and embracing challenges
• Developing excellent rapport with prospective clients
• Demonstrating strong business acumen and decision-making abilities
• Multitasking, selling, and managing projects under tight deadlines
• Being highly organized with keen attention to detail, follow-through, and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Light travel

Qualifications

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; however, a High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience is acceptable
• Minimum of 7 years of outbound business development experience with a proven history of meeting targets and surpassing them
• Successful track record in lead generation and managing prospects
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, generating approximately $3 million or more in revenue opportunities annually
• Proficient in CRM systems, HubSpot preferred, and familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
• Natural Hunter with grit and hustle
• A motivated learner with strong creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant changes and tight deadlines
• A collaborative team player with innovative ideas, capable of working with others (both internally and externally) to achieve objectives, as well as independently
