Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Analyst to support a large and complex technical solution within a Salesforce development environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis experience, hands-on experience supporting a State Benefits system, and experience working with Salesforce and Nintex DocGen. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business/client stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and supporting the analysis, validation, documentation, and resolution of application-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
• At least five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience working as a Business Solution Analyst, utilizing analytical methodologies and practices in support of IT projects.
• At least three (3) years of experience providing Business Analyst support for a large, complex technical solution.
• At least one (1) year of experience supporting a State Benefits system utilizing a Salesforce development environment using Nintex DocGen.
• Served as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills to:
  • Gather business and technical requirements;
  • Document and analyze requirements;
  • Validate requirements and proposed solutions;
  • Perform data analysis;
  • Identify, analyze, and address application problems and issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Collaborated with business and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain process and application documentation for Salesforce applications, including:
  • Use cases;
  • Detailed solution/design documentation;
  • Workflow diagrams;
  • Reference guides;
  • User manuals.
• Possess at least one currently active Salesforce certification.
