[Hiring] Partnerships & Revenue Coordinator @VIP Traveler

Role Description

VIP Traveler specializes in partnerships directly with leading hotels and resorts to create exclusive offers combining preferred rates, upgraded accommodations, and valuable inclusions. We're looking for an organized, commercially minded coordinator to support our hotel partnerships across the full arc of a deal — from early discovery through signature, launch, and ongoing campaign growth.

The work starts before anything is signed:

• Research prospective properties.
• Understand what makes them a fit for our members.
• Organize inbound opportunities.
• Prepare groundwork for informed conversations.

Once a deal is signed, you'll confirm rates and inclusions, get rooms loaded, chase photography, monitor pickup, and address any campaign issues. You'll work across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations, and be in regular contact with hotel revenue managers, reservations teams, and general managers.

A love of travel is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hospitality, travel, revenue management, sales coordination, distribution, or operations.
• Strong follow-through and ownership of tasks.
• Attention to detail, especially with commercial terms.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Comfort navigating inventory and availability reports.
• Genuine curiosity about properties and markets.
• Confidence communicating with hotel partners.
• Organized under volume with shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with hotel extranets, channel managers, or connectivity platforms is a plus.
• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Coordinate setup questions and issues with connectivity partners.
• Some travel may be required for property visits.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule for partner calls across time zones.

Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus.
• Incentives focused on measurable contributions to the growth of existing deals.
