Role Description

Join Hostinger's Partnerships team and help us accelerate sustainable growth by building and scaling high-impact partnerships across global markets. As Partnership Director, you'll lead and empower a high-performing team to achieve ambitious financial KPIs through:

• Strategic direction
• Streamlined processes
• Knowledge sharing
• Performance marketing expertise

Backed by a substantial budget and extensive company knowledge, you'll drive the partnerships strategy, strengthen team performance, and identify and scale new partnership opportunities across emerging markets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and providing continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
• Identifying, recruiting, and engaging potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
• Building and systematically managing a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
• Conducting negotiations both internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
• Nurturing existing relationships with partners to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
• Running and monitoring partners' marketing campaigns.
• Working together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets.
• Handling multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing performance.
• Reporting and identifying areas of new opportunities.
• Leveraging data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
• Reporting on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.
• Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
• Experience working with Asia or global markets would be considered an advantage.
• Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
• High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
• Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.
• Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.
