[Hiring] Partner Development Manager @Quo

Role Description

We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and scale the top of Quo's ecosystem funnel. This is an execution-first role focused on sourcing, recruiting, and activating new agency and consultant partners from priority integration and vertical ecosystems.

• Run warm outbound and ecosystem-driven partner acquisition plays.
• Activate and enable partners at scale using automation and AI tooling.
• Source and recruit new referral partners from Quo's priority integration and vertical ecosystems.
• Run structured, warm outbound partner acquisition motions using ecosystem signals, campaigns, events, and targeted outreach.
• Qualify partners based on customer fit, services offered, and real potential to drive referrals and activations.
• Own partner onboarding and early activation, ensuring new partners understand who Quo is for, how to position it, and how to bring it into live customer conversations.
• Get first-tier partners to their first referral through scaled, personalized activation.
• Use automation and AI tools (Gumloop, Claude, Cowork, Smartlead, etc.) to run onboarding and enablement sequences.
• Create and evolve lightweight onboarding and early enablement content to help partners ramp quickly.
• Track activation metrics such as engagement, time-to-first-deal, and early pipeline contribution.
• Maintain clean partner data, attribution, and funnel reporting.
• Work closely with the Partnerships team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Share learnings from partner conversations back into partnership strategy, enablement, and GTM programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in partnerships, business development, sales, enablement, or ecosystem roles.
• Comfortable building: Execute in built-out environments and take initiative to build as you go.
• Partner-facing by default: Experience working directly with agencies, consultants, solution, and/or integration partners.
• Comfortable with outbound: Ability to run structured partner recruitment and activation motions.
• Strong judgment: Ability to identify high-potential partners and focus time where it drives impact.
• Clear, confident communicator: Ability to explain value, set expectations, and guide partners through early success.
• Systems-minded: Enjoy turning V1 processes into repeatable plays.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS partnerships or related fields.

• Annual base salary range: $121,000 - $142,000 USD in the US, $128,000 - $150,000 CAD in Canada.
