[Hiring] Managing Director, Value Access and Evidence Advisory @Red Nucleus

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Management Consultant to join our team, focusing on growing strategic consulting and communications services for Market Access. In this role, you will showcase your experience as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the life sciences industry. As a senior leader in the advisory team, the Managing Director achieves success by:

• Securing profitable business through sourcing, selling, and leading projects.
• Designing novel and innovative solutions for clients.
• Contributing to firm growth and development.
• Setting business direction and strategy.
• Providing thought leadership and contributing to the overall growth and scalability of the advisory business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business-related fields; Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or strategy specifically for Life Sciences and Market Access.
• A strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting or agency revenues with a track record of sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in Value, Access and Evidence.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of market access for biopharmaceutical products, particularly in oncology and rare diseases.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within life sciences, healthcare, or other related agency or consulting organizations.
• Ability to drive Business Development independently, with a track record of selling quality projects to clients in the life sciences industry.
• Experience in developing relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale and/or multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high quality outcomes.
• Intellectually curious with an affinity for problem solving and innovation.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills, including leading presentations, chairing meetings, and facilitating workshops.
• Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
