Role Description

• Develop and manage pipeline and market maps to build strong relationships in assigned vertical(s).
• All BDMs are required to meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and NDAs signed in addition to more controllable measurable metrics.
• Work autonomously to qualify M&A opportunities with efficiency.
• Ensure the lead database is allocated accurately within the BDM’s portfolio verticals.
• Effectively qualify opportunities at the top-end of the funnel to maintain focus for BU PMs concerning M&A efforts.
• Have a meaningful impact on Perseus Group over a successful tenure in-role.
• Responsible for sourcing/originating 8-10M in capital deployed per year by year 2.
