[Hiring] Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager @Cimpress/Vista

Role Description

Cimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. As our first dedicated Strategic Partnerships Manager for our white-label partnership business, you will build the commercial foundation of this exciting growth area.

Reporting to the Director of Channel Development, you will:

• Identify, develop and close strategic enterprise partnerships across North America and Europe.
• Work closely with Product, Partner Integration, Operations, Pricing and Leadership to shape our customer portfolio and scale our partnership business.
• Build our white-label partnership pipeline by identifying, engaging and developing strategic enterprise partners.
• Own complex enterprise sales cycles, working with senior commercial, product and technical stakeholders.
• Develop compelling partnership solutions by understanding customer needs and translating them into viable business cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable partnership solutions and remove barriers throughout the sales process.
• Lead commercial negotiations, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Help build our partnership business, contributing to our sales methodology, target account strategy, commercial processes and go-to-market approach.
• Represent Cimpress Open externally, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Solution Sales or a comparable commercial role.
• A proven track record of winning complex B2B partnerships involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Experience working with technology-enabled solutions such as APIs, SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing or other operationally complex businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop business cases that balance customer value with commercial viability.
• Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers while building trusted relationships across commercial, technical and operational teams.

Requirements

• An entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy creating opportunities, solving problems and building new ways of working.
• Experience in print-on-demand, mass customization or the print industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills are a must. Additional European languages, particularly German or French, are a plus.
