[Hiring] (Junior) Business Developer @Winsol Group

Role Description

Due to our growth and focus on expanding our export business, we are looking for additional staff in various regions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Expanding Winsol's customer base throughout the DACH region
• Managing a portfolio of existing B2B customers, including pergola dealers, general contractors, architects, gardeners and landscapers, carpenters, and installers
• Reporting to the Sales Export Manager

Your tasks in this role include:

• After intensive training, getting to know the company, its products, and the market
• Managing a good portfolio of customers and monitoring it closely
• Expanding the customer portfolio throughout Europe via active prospecting
• Negotiating tailor-made solutions for customers in consultation with technical experts and the back office
• Following up on developments and keeping knowledge up to date
• Managing customer expectations on a daily basis and ensuring rigorous follow-up
• Reporting regularly to management and other stakeholders within the Winsol Group on sales initiatives, targets achieved, challenges, and market information (pricing, products, delivery schedules, etc.)
• Focusing initially on DACH to support the current sales team and expanding into other countries, mainly North and East Europe

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years' experience in sales and a strong customer orientation
• Innate dynamism and communication skills
• Enthusiasm and persuasiveness
• Driven by achieving ambitious goals and building lasting relationships
• Organized, good at following up with clients, and enjoys working autonomously
• Willingness to travel regularly to clients and to headquarters (Belgium) for consultations
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus
