Role Description

As an Independent Business Development Partner at Krila Consultancy, you will:

• Leverage your existing professional network to identify potential business opportunities.
• Introduce Krila to founders, CEOs, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
• Facilitate meaningful introductory conversations with potential clients.
• Act as a trusted connection between Krila and your network.
• Allow our team to handle client discussions, proposals, service delivery, and ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

• Established network of business owners, founders, senior executives, or HR decision-makers in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in business development, consulting, HR, recruitment, professional services, or related sectors.
• Enjoy connecting people and identifying opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently.
• Value long-term relationships over transactional selling.

Requirements

• No fixed working hours or geographical restrictions within your agreed market.
• Complete flexibility to combine this partnership with your existing professional activities.
• No need to be a recruitment expert or a full-time salesperson; your network and ability to make meaningful introductions matter most.

Benefits

• 40% commission on the first collected client invoice.
• 15% commission on subsequent projects with the same client during the first 12 months.
• No base salary or fixed retainer; earnings are entirely performance-based, with commissions payable upon successful client payment.
