[Hiring] Head of Partnerships @Sumsub

Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships for the EU/UK region. This person reports to the VP of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth from the partner channel.

• Lead the EU/UK partnership team (currently five Partner Managers) to deliver revenue targets and achieve assigned KPIs
• In alignment with the division leadership, develop and execute the regional partnerships strategy
• Personally identify & win new partner mandates - both reseller and referral partners (with a heavy emphasis on resellers); responsibility includes cold outreach & event/panel participation
• Drive growth and collaboration with existing partners across the region including partner reactivation, enablement, sales & marketing activities
• Work with incoming partnership requests from the EU/UK (full partner lifecycle management from initial qualification, through signature, growth and support)
• Lead & coach the team to ensure repeatable, scalable growth and performance at the individual level
• Provide periodic management reporting to wider team, regional VP, CRO and C-level
• Participate in the development & improvement of the internal processes working closely with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of team leadership experience
• Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or business development, with a focus on the EU/UK region
• Excellent networking skills
• Strong experience working with partners & alliance sales in IT (SaaS)
• Domain expertise in BaaS, embedded finance & Web3 is a strong bonus
• A hands-on leadership style, regularly leading from the front on major opportunities
• An excellent coach & deal strategist
• Strong track record of managing reseller and referral sales channels
• Proficiency in cold sales
• UK-based (mandatory); preference on London
• Willing to work 2 days per week in the London office, attend regular face to face events & meetings; monthly European travel
