[Hiring] Enterprise Business Development Manager @LatamCent

Role Description

As an Enterprise Business Development Manager at LatamCent, you will be responsible for:

• Building your own pipeline.
• Qualifying leads and aligning the buying committee.
• Closing deals and managing accounts post-signature.
• Establishing long-term relationships with founders and operators at fast-growing US startups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years generating demand at a US company.
• Ability to name net-new logos self-sourced and closed in the last 12–24 months, including ACV and cycle length.
• Strong writing skills; ability to produce cold emails that get replies.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Experience selling staffing, recruiting, services, or HR tech.
• Experience selling to founders or C-suite at SMB or mid-market SaaS.
• Background as an SDR with ongoing prospecting skills.

Not a fit if

• Most of your closed revenue came from inbound leads, SDR-set meetings, or an inherited book.
• You require a marketing engine to hit quota.
• You are looking for a role focused on account management rather than opening new accounts.

Compensation

• Base salary: 24k–36k USD plus uncapped commission.
• On-target earnings of 60k–65k in year one, 70k+ in year two.
