What You'll Do:

• Grow a cohort of existing ABC Fitness partnerships to drive more revenue and build a better customer experience for our clients.
• Establish and roll out Partnership tiers that ensure our partners receive benefits commensurate with their impact on the ABC Fitness business.
• Drive retention within our certified partners and build mutual action plans to ensure both parties are receiving requisite value.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales and CX to ensure we create programs that drive more revenue and awareness of our partnerships to our Customers.
• Build a marketplace strategy to revamp, improve and further monetize the current marketplace.
• Provide insights into current trends from partners to drive more innovation in future enhancements, partnerships and even acquisition opportunities.
• Work across the business on the development of rigorous business cases, including market sizing, strategic rationale, financial modeling, and customer validation to grow existing and new relationships as assigned.
• Ensure initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and in a way that drives measurable top-line impact.
• Establish scalable frameworks to monitor, optimize, and expand successful initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with at least 5+ years in a senior strategy, growth, or operations leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional growth programs (e.g., go-to-market expansion, partnerships, or new business model launches).
• Track record of driving revenue diversification or scaling new initiatives from concept to market.
• Experience in building and managing business cases, including market sizing, ROI analysis, and customer validation.
• Exposure to strategic partnerships, corporate development, or innovation/venture-building is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Operational excellence — able to create repeatable processes and scalable frameworks.
• Deep financial acumen (P&L understanding, forecasting, modeling).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Strong customer-centric mindset — skilled in validating concepts with market feedback.
• Analytical and data-driven, with comfort using quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities.
• Excellent executive communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Proven success partnering with senior executives across multiple functions.
• Strong ability to facilitate alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations.
• The anticipated compensation range for this position is:
  • For United States: $144,000 - $162,000 USD annually.
  • For Canada: $143,500 - $158,000 CAD annually.
• In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
• Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
