As a key player on our team, you won’t just be executing strategy—you’ll be shaping it. You’ll take ownership of defined business objectives, help drive revenue, and ensure we’re always one step ahead of the market. From identifying new customer targets to building and nurturing a high-performing sales pipeline, your work will directly impact our success and momentum.

• Create and execute a winning strategy to grow revenue, boost profitability, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Spot the trends—conduct in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities, industries, and customer needs
• Get in the room—schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to showcase our solutions and understand their goals
• Track and analyze sales, revenue, invoices, and key performance metrics to continuously improve
• Cultivate and nurture a robust sales pipeline aligned with company targets and objectives, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities
• Provide prompt and reliable feedback, as well as exceptional after-sales support, to foster long-term relationships with clients
• Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations that position New Age as the ideal partner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of third party logistics (3PL) sales and operations experience
• Transferrable book of business - direct relationships with shippers
• Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously
• Strong customer sales ability and ability to multi-task operational tasks
• Proficient in MS Office, emphasis in Excel
• Strong typing skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to efficiently pivot from one task to another throughout the day
• Team player with ability to influence execution
• Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Travel is required based on operational and customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
• Bilingual, English/Spanish (preferred)

Company Description

New Age Logistics is a family-oriented third-party logistics (3PL) and managed solutions provider, proudly operating as part of The Evans Network of Companies, one of North America's largest transportation networks. Rather than operating our own fleet of trucks, we help businesses move freight by connecting them with a trusted network of independent trucking companies and owner-operators, coordinating reliable truck transportation throughout the United States.

• Drayage – Our area of expertise. We coordinate the truck transportation of shipping containers between ports, rail yards, warehouses, and distribution centers, helping freight move efficiently through the supply chain.
• Intermodal Transportation – We coordinate the truck portion of shipments that also travel by rail, helping customers move freight efficiently over long distances while reducing transportation costs.
• Full Truckload (FTL) – We arrange dedicated truck transportation for customers whose shipments fill an entire trailer or require exclusive use of the truck.
