[Hiring] Director of Business Development @T-Solutions, Inc.

Role Description

We are currently seeking candidates for a Director of Business Development reporting directly to the President. This position requires strong selling skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to bring value to customers and our technology partners and drive growth for the business. This individual will be held accountable for pipeline qualification, annual awards, customer meetings, and amount of submitted proposals. This position may be remote but will require travel to Company and/or customer locations.

• Be a member of senior leadership team.
• Drive and lead T-Solutions’ business development initiatives.
• Develop and grow opportunity pipeline, to include existing as well as adjacent markets/customers, through diligent and timely identification/qualification of new business opportunities by leveraging current technologies, customer intimacies, and inter-company collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the pursuit and successful capture of key opportunities.
• Obtain market intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential pursuits and develop marketing strategies.
• Present capture plans of viable opportunities bi-weekly.
• Present formal BO trends semi-annually.
• Participate in bid decisions, develop cost strategies, and phase reviews.
• Lead Proposal Development.
• Engrain business development and growth processes into T-Solutions.
• Establish, build, and maintain customer and teaming partner relationships.
• Support the creation and execution of multi-year business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant BD experiences, with DoW.
• Track record of success in leading and winning contracts >$50M.
• Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships and program stakeholders within the defense community.
• Experience leading opportunity captures, including developing overall win strategy, developing teaming strategies, identifying teammates, understanding pricing, and assisting in developing winning price.
• Possess the skills and the ability to map opportunities to T-Solutions’ core competencies and select the highest PWIN opportunities.
