Role Description

The Director of Business Development (Product and Service) is a frontline revenue leader responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition for the company’s highest-growth revenue streams. This role owns the full new-business lifecycle, including:

• Prospecting
• Executive-level engagement
• Solution development
• Deal structuring
• Closing

The Hunter builds and manages a high-quality pipeline and consistently converts opportunities into profitable revenue. Success is measured by:

• New client acquisition
• Pipeline health and velocity
• Close rate
• Direct contribution to top-line growth

This is a territory you build, not an inherited book of business. The programs you'll carry — BallyQ, Mobile Aisle Racking, Material Handling/Fleet, and Rack Inspections — are in active growth mode, which means:

• Open white space
• Real pricing latitude
• Deals you can point to as yours

You will work directly with leadership rather than through layers, and with the operations teams who deliver what you sell, ensuring that what you close actually gets executed. If you want a seat where your number is visible and your wins compound, this is it.

This role offers flexibility on location for the right candidate — we're open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. who can travel to customers, prospects, and industry events. Expect approximately 50% travel.
