Dexcom Canada is seeking a Director, Commercial Strategy and Growth to lead business case development, commercialization efforts, and go-to-market strategy for expanding Dexcom’s product portfolio into LATIN AMERICA. This is an enterprise mandate that will be accountable to Dexcom’s General Manager for CANADA & LATIN AMERICA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in LATAM specific product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development within the healthcare, medtech, consumer, digital health or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated track record of planning and launching new products or market expansions in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with the medical device and digital health market; salient knowledge of diabetes care ecosystem in LATAM.
• Preferred: Proficiency in English, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

Requirements

• Develop and own the business case for Dexcom’s product expansion, including market opportunity sizing, financial projections, and regulatory considerations.
• Drive LATAM market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with external LATAM stakeholders as well as global and regional DEXCOM stakeholders.
• Create the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the LATAM launches, partnering with global marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Develop LATAM-specific pricing and commercial models in collaboration with global teams.
• Demonstrate financial literacy, including the ability to interpret key performance drivers, manage budgets, and optimize profitability through disciplined P&L oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy, including market analysis, sizing opportunities, building financial models, and defining pricing/market entry strategies.
• Excellent project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
