Role Description

BBCH Support Services, LLC (BBCH SS) is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Business Development Director to join our growing Restoration Services Business Line. The Business Development Director (Non-Federal) position is responsible for improving the CSI brand market position to ultimately assist with achieving financial growth for the CSI brand.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the non-federal restoration services segment.
• Build market position by identifying new clients and business partners.
• Focus on the Eastern US region (ME to FL).
• US Based remote position requiring significant (up to 75+%) travel within the Eastern US region.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or other appropriate field.
• A minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success in non-federal business development.
• Strong knowledge of non-federal restoration services contracting markets in the Eastern US region.
• Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with senior staff.
• High standards of ethics, honesty, integrity, and reliability.
• Solid platform skills, including in-person and remote presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills.
• Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High degree of sensitivity regarding confidential information.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel frequently within the United States, up to 75%+ (3+ weeks per month).
