Role Description

7AI is seeking a world-class, growth-obsessed Director, DFIR Alliances to architect, operationalize, and scale our ecosystem-led go-to-market strategy with digital forensics and incident response partners. This is a high-impact, executive-level role designed for a strategic heavyweight who views DFIR firms not as standard resellers, but as a critical lever for market penetration, trusted-advisor credibility, and hyper-scale ARR growth.

As the leader of the DFIR partner ecosystem, you will:

• Design the blueprint for how 7AI wins with incident response firms, cyber insurers, and the legal and advisory networks around them.
• Own the DFIR alliance strategy from end to end—identifying high-yield partnerships, orchestrating co-sell engines, and maximizing the revenue multiplier effect.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity alliances, channel leadership, or business development.
• Deep working knowledge of the incident response lifecycle, retainer economics, forensics tooling.
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar partner-driven revenue targets.
• An existing, active network of C-suite and VP-level relationships across leading DFIR firms, MDR providers, cyber insurers, and breach counsel.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to transition traditional, transactional channel models into sophisticated, highly scalable, ecosystem-led growth engines.
• A strategic thinker with an execution-first mindset who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving startup environments.
• Uncompromising integrity, stellar business judgment, and a BA/BS degree (MBA preferred).

Requirements

• Take full accountability for driving, forecasting, and exceeding DFIR partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR targets.
• Design and execute a comprehensive DFIR alliance blueprint covering various incident response firms and networks.
• Build and deepen executive-level relationships with leading DFIR firms and insurers.
• Establish a repeatable engine between 7AI enterprise sales and DFIR partner field teams.
• Define joint solutions and delivery models for DFIR partners using 7AI.
• Develop relationships with cyber insurers, brokers, and breach counsel.
• Align closely with the VP of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Global Alliances teams.
• Implement scalable enablement, certification, and partner program frameworks.
