Role Description

Entegris is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, Formulated Solutions to join our global Formulated Solutions team. This is a fully remote position based in either Germany or France. In this highly visible role, you will help drive business growth by:

• Strengthening strategic customer relationships
• Developing new market opportunities
• Shaping the direction of our Formulated Solutions portfolio for the semiconductor industry

This is a business development and product strategy role working at the intersection of customers, Sales, Product Management, and technology. You will:

• Translate customer and market needs into commercial opportunities and product priorities
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Quality
• Identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions
• Bring advanced solutions to market

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in business development, product management, commercial leadership, or a related role within the chemical, semiconductor, advanced materials, or manufacturing industries
• A strong track record of developing business, growing customer relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities
• Experience with product management and the product lifecycle, including requirements, roadmaps, product launches, sustaining activities, and end-of-life decisions
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with business cases, pricing, margin drivers, and KPIs
• The ability to translate customer and market needs into actionable business and product strategies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and geographies
• Strong project leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
• A collaborative working style and the ability to operate effectively in an international environment
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50% depending on customer and business needs

Requirements

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or related advanced-technology markets
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and related consumable products
• Familiarity with chemistries used in wafer cleaning, polishing, or etching applications
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Accolade, SAP, or Oracle
• Additional European language skills, particularly German or French, are an advantage
• Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly develop knowledge of new technologies, applications, and markets
