Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in partners with large networks in your region, including:

• Crypto exchanges and media
• iGaming operators and affiliate networks
• Brokers, fintech players, streamers, and influencer agencies

Your offer includes a high commission on every sale their audience makes, plus a lifetime revenue share. This is not a desk job; you will spend much of your time in the field, attending conferences, expos, and meetings.

What you’ll do

• Hunting: Find the partners who matter
  • Map partners with the biggest reach in your region
  • Attend conferences and book meetings to close partnerships on site
  • Utilize your network to connect with decision-makers
• Closing: Run the full cycle
  • Own every deal from first contact to launching traffic
  • Negotiate with founders and senior management
  • Gather feedback from partners who decline
• Growing: Turn partners into volume
  • Grow signed partners through higher volume and special offers
  • Maintain an updated pipeline in the CRM
  • Report weekly on the funnel and file results after trips
  • Share market insights with the team

What success looks like

• First month: Know the product and partner offer, map your regional pipeline, and set your calendar for the next quarter
• First 3 months: Conduct a steady rhythm of meetings, sign partnerships, and generate sales
• Ongoing: Measured on new active partners, sales volume, and conversion rates from meetings

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage, or fintech
• Your own network in the region (affiliates, networks, operators, media)
• A track record of closing large partnership deals
• Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management
• Readiness to travel frequently
• A hunter mindset: proactive and driven by results
• Fluent English

Would be a plus

• A regional language: Spanish or Portuguese for LatAm, Arabic for MENA, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese for Asia
• A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate, or iGaming community
• A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid)
• Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers
• Knowledge of payment specifics in your region
