Role Description

SASMAR is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives and enhance our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with clients and partners
• Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Playing a critical role in the expansion of our product offerings
• Securing new partnerships and expanding existing accounts
• Developing compelling proposals for major retailers

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products sectors
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
• A strong work ethic with a focus on results and accountability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation

Requirements

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and prospective clients
