[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Fresh Clinics

Role Description

We’re looking for a high-performing, culture-connected Business Development Manager to continue bringing Fresh Clinics to aesthetic businesses across Australia. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day sending cold emails. We want the person who lives and breathes the aesthetics industry, someone whose natural habitat is a supplier night, an industry conference, or a new clinic launch.

You’re not just a salesperson; you’re a super-connector. Building a network isn’t a task on your to-do list, it’s in your DNA. You have that genuine "spark" that makes people want to work with you, generating referrals wherever you go because people trust your word.

Reporting directly to our Acquisition Team Lead, you’ll own the outbound motion for our mid-to-large clinic segment, alongside other BDMs. You know that the best sales are built on deep relationship trust, and you genuinely want to partner clinics with an ecosystem that will scale their business, not push something they don’t need. You're always firing, always testing new angles, and completely unafraid to think outside the box to see what lands.

What you'll do

• Your Pipeline & End-to-End Sales Process: You own the journey from first touch to close. You actively find leads and tap into your existing networks to hit the ground running and smash outbound acquisition targets.
• Industry Presence & Networking: You’ll be the face of Fresh at industry events, conferences, supplier nights, and clinic launches, turning casual conversations into strong pipelines and organic referrals.
• The Problem Solver & Trust-Based Partner: You genuinely want to solve real problems for future members through thorough, empathetic consultations, showcasing how Fresh can resolve their specific pain points.
• The Maverick Experimenter: You constantly test what works and what doesn't, adapting your approach to engage different prospects effectively.
• HubSpot & Pipeline Rigour: HubSpot is your strategic tool. You run a clean pipeline and provide honest, data-backed forecasting.
• Seamless Cross-Functional Handovers: You’ll collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and partner with our Onboarding team to ensure every clinic’s first experience with Fresh is flawless.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in outbound BDM or Account Executive roles—ideally in SaaS, professional services, or healthcare.
• Bonus points if you already live and work in the aesthetics space.
• You are genuinely motivated by targets, KPIs, and sales numbers.
• You genuinely love the aesthetics industry and are comfortable speaking peer-to-peer with business owners/Aesthetic Doctors and RNs.
• You thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• You have a magnetic personality that builds rapport.
• You lead with deep empathy in your selling philosophy.
• You understand the value of CRM data and run a tight pipeline.
• You have the discipline to structure your day and take accountability for your success.
