[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Aloha Consulting Group

Role Description

Our client, a leading technology company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team.

• Develop and execute business development plans to expand the company’s presence in the Vietnam market, focusing on hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and other relevant healthcare organizations.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and potential strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and develop a sustainable pipeline of healthcare projects.
• Promote and support the market launch of the company’s AI-powered healthcare products and solutions in Vietnam.
• Own assigned projects from end to end, participating closely throughout the entire commercial and implementation process, including lead generation, customer engagement, solution presentation, quotation and proposal preparation, negotiation, project planning, deployment, implementation, and post-launch follow-up.
• Work closely with clients to understand their operational and business requirements and coordinate with internal technical and product teams to develop suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or a related commercial role.
• Strong existing network and relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, or stakeholders involved in healthcare projects in Vietnam.
• Experience managing complex B2B projects and working across both commercial and implementation stages is highly preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English communication skills are required, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and senior stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a remote working environment and take ownership of projects with limited supervision.
• Willing and able to travel frequently for customer meetings, project implementation, and business development activities.
