[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Banyan Software

Role Description

Banyan Software is seeking a Business Development Manager for CFS Solutions. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is remote (US) with a schedule of 9:00–6:00 Eastern. The position involves nationwide travel up to twice a month for 1-3 days at a time, primarily in the Southeast, Texas, Minnesota, and North Carolina. The target start date is early November 2026, with a compensation package of $95,000 base plus uncapped commission.

CFS sells exclusively through resellers, and the Business Development Manager will focus on:

• Expanding through existing resellers.
• Lifting low producers.
• Educating and arming the channel.
• Adding new resellers and opening new channels.
• Owning the commercial book, including contracts, renewals, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in business development or partner management at an ATM/ITM vendor, ISO, or banking-technology company.
• Experience within a bank or credit union running ATM deposit operations.
• Organizational skills akin to a project manager.
• Commercial literacy beyond the deal.
• Ability to thrive in a 14-person company environment.
• AI-first working style.

Requirements

• Travel with the CEO for introductions to top partners.
• Develop partner-by-partner growth plans.
• Launch incentive programs for low-producing resellers.
• Build a renewals calendar and establish business review cadence.
