[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Avomind

Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be the core driver behind the company’s growth strategy through new and existing partners in Indonesia.

• Identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners.
• Establish a presence, including regulation, where possible.
• Meet and exceed targets on Revenue, Trading Volume, and Active Clients in the targeted countries.
• Execute the company’s growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners, and BDMs in Indonesia.
• Lead expansion in new markets within Indonesia by building new strategic partnerships.
• Leverage existing and past partner relationships to grow indirect contributions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver a frictionless experience for partners and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD).
• Transferable book of business desirable.
• Ability to execute and plan in tandem.
• Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
• Native Bahasa speaker with strong command of English.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to effectively deliver commercial goals.

Requirements

• Strong and proven track record of business development through partners in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the FX, CFD, and Crypto market.
• Experience leading teams and consistently achieving challenging targets.
