• Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and target potential clients and partners to expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic plans: Work with marketing and sales teams to create initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in business development in OTA, sales, or a related role.
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry.
• Skills: Strong networking, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Technology proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office programs.
