[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Keysight Technologies, Inc.

Role Description

As Integrating Manager for SigMon/SigInt business segment, you are responsible for the overall operations, growth, and market positioning of Keysight's SigMon/SigInt business. You translate segment and portfolio strategy into executable tactical plans, build a team of business development managers and specialists, and lead them to engage with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Direct and integrate the resources of multiple workgroups — business development, field sales, product/solution marketing, and technical specialists.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies, identify and win key accounts, and build solution narratives connecting Keysight’s portfolio to evolving SigMon/SigInt trends.
• Motivate, innovate, take risks, advocate new ideas and methodologies, and drive continuous improvement for ADGS business growth.
• Present latest market drivers at thought leadership events and lead a team of experts in solving difficult customer problems.
• Influence strategy across Keysight by connecting business drivers and knowledge of customer needs.
• Funnel outside customer perspectives into the IST solutions development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related field, plus typically 5+ years of relevant experience as a first- and second-level manager.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in aerospace defense.
• Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills implementing program- and organization-level strategies.
• Experience managing managers and/or supervisors and directing the resources of several departments or workgroups.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectrum systems and the aerospace/defense customer landscape.
• Deep understanding of customer workflows, ecosystems, and their product/technology roadmap.
• Track record of developing regional sales/BD strategies, managing a sales funnel, and delivering order forecasts.
• S. person status or ability to meet export-control and program-access requirements for defense engagements.

Requirements

• Familiarity with test & measurement instrumentation (PXIe/AXIe modular, RF/microwave analyzers and generators) and software-defined, simulation-based validation approaches.
• Experience selling or positioning complex technical solutions to defense primes and government programs.
• Understanding of CMMC/CUI and ITAR considerations in defense contractor engagements.
