Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and develop long-term client partnerships. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage the sales pipeline, understand customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing recommendations.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Experience selling professional services, staffing, technology, or related solutions.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and client relationship management.
