Role Description

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Automation Manufacturer. They are seeking a Business Development Manager for Direct Drive/Conveyor Systems in a remote, field-based role with national scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling high-tech conveyor or direct drive systems - candidates from commodity conveyor backgrounds will not be considered
• Direct exposure to life sciences end users, including pharmaceutical, medical device, or drug delivery markets
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, technical sales cycles with engineers and decision makers at the OEM and end-user level
• Familiarity with high-tech conveyor platforms such as those offered by market leaders in linear transport and direct drive automation
• Track record of building and growing territory revenue in a technically driven, consultative sales environment
• Ability to travel nationally as required to support customers and develop new business
