[Hiring] Business Development Manager @FASTENER DISTRIBUTION HOLDINGS LLC.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager - FDH Electronics will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving annual sales quotas by owning the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts within their designated geography or territory. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored FDH Electronics solutions to meet those needs.

• Manage accounts through opportunity identification, quoting, negotiation, and fulfillment.
• Promote sales through technical support and product package development.
• Proactively monitor account profitability and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Conduct regular client visits, planning meetings, travel, and quarterly reviews to foster growth.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years field sales experience in the Military Electronics Industry.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Excellent communication skills, preferably in several languages.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a highly matrixed work environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Current or recent industry experience and knowledge of the assigned market/territory.
• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and execute on them.

Requirements

• Ability to travel extensively in the Region (travel up to 50%).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Experience preparing comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (QBR).
• Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
