[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Heaven Media

Role Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate Heaven Media’s growth across the North America region. This is a proactive business development role with direct responsibility for:

• Generating new commercial opportunities
• Building pipeline momentum
• Converting new business across gaming, technology & entertainment sectors

The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building capability with a genuine hunter mentality, identifying opportunities, opening doors, managing commercial conversations, and driving opportunities through to close.

Alongside regional revenue generation, the role will also help position Heaven Media within key North America ecosystems and develop relationships with regional offices that can influence and unlock opportunities with global & western headquarters.

This role requires somebody who understands:

• Consultative selling
• Relationship-led business development
• Gaming and digital culture
• Regional market dynamics
• Long-cycle partnerships
• How global organisations operate across multiple territories

You will work closely with leadership, strategy, creative, marketing & account teams to shape opportunities from initial outreach through to proposal, negotiation & onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven business development, partnerships or agency growth experience
• Strong existing network within North America gaming, tech or entertainment sectors
• Demonstrable track record of generating new business & commercial growth
• Experience selling strategic services, partnerships or marketing solutions
• Strong commercial negotiation & relationship management capability
• Experience managing complex or long-cycle B2B opportunities
• Confident presenter & communicator with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating across international teams
• Fluent English
• Existing relationships with regional North America offices of global companies
• Experience across gaming hardware, publishers, platforms or entertainment brands

Requirements

• Agency or integrated marketing experience
• Multi-market North America commercial experience
• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience coordinating proposals, pitches or multi-team commercial projects
