[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Helaina

Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and incremental revenue through business development efforts including:

• Driving a high volume and high frequency of leads
• Preparing client pitches
• Tracking/overseeing key contacts through Helaina’s CRM system

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a client-facing role
• Extensive knowledge of sales processes both through experience and operationally
• AI-native, leveraging AI tools and workflows
• Strong proven negotiation and influencing abilities
• Strategic mind with a results-driven mindset
• Strong networking, prospecting, outreach, and overall client-management capabilities
• Entrepreneurial spirit to create fresh ideas
• Proactive self-starter, working independently
• Critical thinking with demonstrated research and analysis skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience working with ingredients, therapeutic, and/or B2B wellness products
• Passionate about Helaina’s philosophy and mission
