Role Description

Our client, a leading organization operating across medical, healthcare, and financial services sectors, is seeking a motivated Business Development/Lead Generator to join their team remotely. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to make a tangible impact by driving new opportunities and building lasting relationships.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Make 50-75 outbound calls daily to physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Research and identify qualified prospects within assigned territories.
• Engage office managers, practice administrators, physicians, CFOs, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand the practice’s financial goals, operational challenges, and financing needs.
• Determine whether prospects meet established qualification criteria.
• Gather key information regarding practice size, specialties, ownership structure, financing needs, and decision-making processes.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Consultants.
• Accurately document all prospect interactions, notes, and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent time management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in medical, healthcare, or financial services industries is advantageous.

Requirements

• Experience working with CRM systems (nice to have).
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and financing (nice to have).
