Role Description

ZGM has built an AI practice and it's working. Clients are buying AI search readiness audits, AI adoption assessments, training programs, and custom agent builds. The interest is national! We’re hiring someone whose entire job is focused on filling our pipeline.

The products we are promoting will be primarily focused on small to mid-sized websites and apps but may include larger projects like:

• AI adoption frameworks
• Readiness assessments
• Executive training programs
• AI search strategy
• Custom agent and automation builds

The candidate will have complete responsibility for outreach and closing of smaller contracts and will be assisted by senior team managers when needed.

Three things we'll hold you to in the first year:

• A developed pipeline with specific revenue targets that will need to be met.
• Sales infrastructure: You'll build the outbound machine, the qualification process, and the follow-up discipline that turns interest into meetings.
• Your own credibility: We expect a base level of knowledge around web development and apps enough to talk the talk.

Qualifications

• Experience building a pipeline from zero.
• Ability to sell complex products to buyers who may not fully understand them.
• Comfortable engaging in conversations with CMOs about AI integration in their business.
• Curiosity about technology and familiarity with relevant tools.
• Ambitious and motivated to grow within the role.
• Ability to work independently across time zones.
