[Hiring] Business Development Director @Attain Partners

Role Description

As Business Development Director – Higher Education, you will be driving the revenue goals of the company by positioning Attain Digital's comprehensive suite of services including Salesforce Innovation, Data & Analytics and strategic transformation services to the Higher Education Sector. The majority of your day will be spent building relationships with customers as their Trusted Advisor, scoping and proposing solutions that deliver true digital and organizational transformation.

• Developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Finding, scoping, estimating, and closing new business using a highly collaborative, solution selling approach and a comprehensive sales methodology.
• Lead creation and management.
• Sales discovery and qualification.
• Identification of business pain points and objectives.
• Using Salesforce ecosystem, data and strategy service capabilities to address pain points.
• Accessing multiple buyers.
• Building proposals, RFP's, & Statements of Work.
• Leading and delivering sales presentations (when appropriate).
• Working with clients through procurement.
• On-going account management.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a professional services sales environment managing complex sales with multiple stakeholder groups/organizations.
• Deep expertise in at least three of the following:
  • Service selling
  • Technology sales
  • Navigating deals larger than $1M
  • Formal sales methodology
  • Large account management best practices
• Hands-on experience with CRM software products would be a strong asset.
• Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs.
• Ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Experience supporting sales and business development.
• Position requires flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs.

Salary Range

$150,000 — $170,000 USD
