Role Description

Responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding business opportunities across assigned geographies and verticals. This role identifies new leads, qualifies opportunities, develops proposals and plays a critical role in transforming leads into long-term client engagements. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership, leveraging deep industry knowledge, market intelligence, and consultative sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a combination of post-secondary education and directly related work experience in a related field.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account support, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or professional services.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting ideas and coordinating discussions internally.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Vantagepoint) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of broadband/telecommunications industry, consulting, or engineering services (preferred).
• Exposure to proposal development or project coordination (preferred).
• Consultative approach to client engagement and solution development (preferred).
• Familiarity with broadband or professional services certifications (preferred).
• A valid motor vehicle driver’s license in good standing is required. No DWI/DUI convictions.

Benefits

• Remote work location; ideal candidate will be located in south Texas or east Kentucky/Tennessee.
• Travel is estimated at 50% of the time.
• In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is exclusive of benefits.
• Base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience related to the position.
