[Hiring] Business Development Deal Manager @H2O Care Partners

Role Description

The Deal Manager will be an integral member of the M&A team and be at the lead on deal execution:

• Building relationships with business owners
• Telling the H2O Care Partners story
• Driving deals to signed Letters of Intent (LOI)
• Conducting outreach and building trust with prospective sellers
• Finding and evaluating potential opportunities
• Owning the relationship from first conversation
• Partnering closely with a dedicated analyst who builds and maintains the financial models

Qualifications

• High EQ and a natural relationship-builder
• Attention to detail and an obsession with accuracy
• Comfortable with basic deal economics (EBITDA, multiples, deal structure)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player who is willing to get their hands dirty
• Capable of working in a PE setting
• Strong organization ability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; no specific field required
• Five or more years of experience in a relationship-driven, deal-closing capacity
• Deal experience preferred; end-to-end ownership is a plus
• Backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development are welcome, but not required
• Experience in business development, sales, or home services/trades industries is also valued
