Role Description

We're looking for a Business Development Associate to support business development, market research, and commercial growth initiatives. You'll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, research prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of Fitzroy.

What You'll Do

• Research prospective clients and industries
• Build and maintain qualified prospect lists
• Support outbound business development initiatives
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity
• Assist with market research and account planning
• Identify new commercial opportunities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Curious about technology and business
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable learning new tools and software

Requirements

• Experience with CRM platforms (nice to have)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or Apollo (nice to have)
• Previous internship, project, or leadership experience (nice to have)
