[Hiring] Business Development Associate @C&E Building Maintenance

Role Description

C&E Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify condominium, office, and commercial properties that need C&E’s services.
• Connect with property managers, board members, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and property visits.
• Schedule qualified meetings and property walkthroughs for the company President to attend and close.
• Gather information about each prospect’s needs, current provider, contract status, and decision-making process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate lead records.
• Develop opportunities for recurring janitorial contracts and specialty cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Business development, outside sales, or lead-generation experience.
• Experience in janitorial services, property management, commercial real estate, or facility services is preferred.
• Existing relationships with property managers or condominium associations are a strong advantage.
• Professional, organized, persistent, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
