Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of US IT Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment lifecycle
• Experience working with implementation partners, staffing firms, MSPs, and direct clients
• Knowledge of U.S. work authorization (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, etc.)
• Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/CRM platforms
• Ability to manage multiple consultants simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
• Professional work ethic with a results-driven approach
