Role Description

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers. Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.

This team sits inside Demand Generation, not Sales. You own the humans and the plays that turn demand into pipeline, and you work shoulder to shoulder with performance marketing, SEO, and lifecycle on the same funnel. If your goal is to grow into demand gen or growth marketing, this is the fastest seat in the building to do it from.

• Run Sprinto's BDR function end to end: the entire inbound engine, and the net-new intent plays we are building from scratch.
• Own the number across SMB and mid-market, the team that hits it, and the systems (sequences, routing, reporting, AI) that make it repeatable.
• This is a growth role by design.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in BDR/SDR, with at least 1-2 years managing or leading a team (or a strong senior IC ready to step up).
• You have carried and hit a pipeline number, and you can explain exactly how you did it.
• You think in funnels and conversion rates, not just activity counts.
• You are genuinely curious about marketing: campaigns, positioning, channels, the whole funnel.
• You are AI-forward: you have already used AI to make outreach or ops faster, or you are itching to.
• You write well. Punchy, plain, no fluff.
• Comfortable in HubSpot and modern outbound/sequencing tooling.

Requirements

• Hitting the number across both the SMB and the mid-market motion.
• Make the inbound engine efficient and lift conversion rates campaign by campaign.
• Build a net-new demos engine that produces demos predictably.
• Raise outreach quality and improve response rates.
• Put AI to work inside the team to automate manual ops end to end.
• Build the talent engine to turn the BDR team into a farm system for Associate AEs.
