[Hiring] Sr. Platform Owner, Halo, Global @Vantage Data Centers

Role Description

This position will be based remotely in the United States. The Sr. Platform Owner, Halo, Global is the technical and strategic owner of Vantage’s Halo AI platform, responsible for ensuring the platform’s health, scalability, security, and continuous evolution as the backbone for custom AI solutions and intelligent applications across the enterprise.

• Own the end-to-end health, performance, and reliability of the Halo platform.
• Define and execute the Halo platform roadmap.
• Architect and maintain the Halo platform infrastructure.
• Establish development standards, deployment patterns, and integration templates.
• Manage Halo security controls, data governance policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams on platform infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies into the Halo platform.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture decision records, and developer guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AI-102) or equivalent cloud platform certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or managing AI programs, platforms, or technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience building, operating, and scaling cloud-based application platforms.
• Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML deployment infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with enterprise security architecture.
• Practical knowledge of AI frameworks and technologies.
• Demonstrated success managing complex platform lifecycles.
• Strong architectural and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience optimizing developer experience (DevEx).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-directed and proactive.

Requirements

• Travel required is expected to be up to 15% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
