[Hiring] Oracle NetSuite Solution Consultant, Intelligent Finance & AI @Oracle

Role Description

As part of Oracle NetSuite's Sales Consulting Organization, the Senior Solution Consultant, Strategic Finance & AI plays a strategic role in helping customers envision and achieve the future of intelligent business operations. You will engage directly with prospects, existing customers, and channel partners to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for transformation, and demonstrate how Oracle NetSuite's EPM, Analytics, and AI-powered solutions can deliver measurable business value.

This role goes beyond traditional product demonstrations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations modernize planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes through innovative technologies such as predictive analytics, generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.

Working closely with executives, finance leaders, and operational stakeholders, you will guide customers through their transformation journey by connecting business challenges to strategic outcomes. You will help customers understand not only how Oracle solutions work, but how they can fundamentally change the way their organizations operate, compete, and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and specialized knowledge around Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Partner with finance leaders to reimagine planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and decision-making processes.
• Create and facilitate a vision for customers using executive presentations, solution workshops, demonstrations, benchmarks, and AI innovation sessions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, FP&A leaders, Controllers, Finance Transformation executives, and Line of Business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions focused on understanding business objectives, planning maturity, data challenges, operational inefficiencies, and AI readiness.
• Design and deliver value-based demonstrations that connect NetSuite’s EPM, Analytics, and AI capabilities to measurable business value.
• Translate complex customer requirements into solution strategies leveraging NetSuite’s AI-enabled capabilities.
• Articulate the value of AI-driven finance transformation, including predictive planning and decision intelligence.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop compelling business cases and executive-level value propositions.
• Demonstrate Oracle NetSuite’s vision for autonomous finance operations through embedded AI and digital assistants.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence future innovation.
• Develop executive presentations and thought leadership content focused on modern finance and AI adoption.
• Support strategic sales cycles by conducting workshops, proof-of-concepts, and executive briefings.
• Act as an internal champion for AI innovation, educating peers and stakeholders on emerging technologies.
• Mentor and develop less experienced Solution Consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
