Role Description

This is not a traditional clinical position. You will not provide direct patient care, diagnose actual patients, or make treatment decisions for real patients. Instead, you'll assess medical scenarios, evaluate clinical reasoning, identify inaccuracies, and provide structured feedback to help improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Currently active in or pursuing medical education or completing supervised clinical training in General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant pathways.
• Strong foundation in medical knowledge, analytical thinking, and an interest in applying education to emerging healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Second-year medical students must be enrolled at a top medical school.
• Third-year students and above: open to all qualifying programs.
• Relevant specialty or with years of experience.
• Final compensation is subject to client approval, project requirements, and geographic eligibility.

Areas of Medical Education & Clinical Training

• General Practice: Education or clinical exposure in general patient assessment, management principles for common medical conditions, preventive medicine, medical history review, and diagnostic reasoning.
• Family Medicine: Experience in primary care, evaluation of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, differential diagnosis, and interpretation of medical histories.
• Internal Medicine: Knowledge in adult medicine, interpretation of laboratory results, recognition of multisystem diseases, and evidence-based approaches to clinical assessment.
• Nurse Practitioner (NP): Education or experience in advanced health assessment, pathophysiology, diagnostic reasoning, and patient education.
• Physician Assistant (PA): Experience in patient assessment, clinical rotations, differential diagnosis, and medical documentation.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-Generated Medical Content for accuracy and relevance.
• Assess Clinical Reasoning in AI-generated assessments and treatment explanations.
• Identify Medical Inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.
• Conduct Medical Research and Verification using credible sources.
• Review Clinical Scenarios to evaluate AI-generated interpretations.
• Provide Evidence-Based Feedback on findings and inaccuracies.
• Apply Evaluation Standards consistently.
• Complete Assigned Evaluations using designated online platforms.
• Maintain Confidentiality and Professional Standards.

• Compensation based on educational background, clinical training, and assignment complexity.

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a recognized medical degree program or advanced NP/PA educational program.
• Relevant Clinical Focus in General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar.
• Foundational Medical Knowledge in terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical concepts.
