[Hiring] CAD Engineer - AI Trainer @Mindrift

Role Description

Help train and evaluate AI agents that work inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks, work that would take an expert 10–15 hours. You'll:

• Design part geometry
• Build reference solutions
• Judge the agent's attempts

You'll work alongside CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional, hands-on CAD modelling (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo or similar).
• Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is a strong plus.
• An active professional CAD licence of your own (required).
• Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
• English at B2 level or above.

Requirements

• Project time expectations: Tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements.
• This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
