[Hiring] AI Technical Co-Founder @Mindsets

Role Description

As a Technical Co-Founder, you will own YARA's technical vision and build, taking it from a working prototype to a scalable product. You will lead the architecture and shape the product direction from the ground up.

• Own the product development end to end, from prototype to a scalable product, based on user and customer testing and feedback.
• Define how product performance is measured, and build the testing and evaluation framework behind it.
• Set engineering practices and hire the founding team as the company grows.
• Work directly with the Mindsets Ventures team on product strategy, fundraising, and the venture roadmap.
• Continuously recommend next steps to move the venture forward, flagging when a larger pivot is needed based on evidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and shipping production software as a full-stack engineer.
• Comfortable owning a product end to end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including data structuring, storage, and retrieval for AI applications.
• Experience with large language models orchestration is a bonus.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable taking ownership and building something from the ground up.
• Thrives in ambiguous, early-stage, resource-constrained environments.
• Comfortable leading the technical build end to end with the support of the venture building team.
• Genuinely excited about the memory problem in AI and continuously challenges their own assumptions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and tailor the message to the audience.

Requirements

• Experience as an entrepreneur, founder, or early engineer at a startup is a plus.
