Role Description

As our AI Strategy Manager, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities across the organization. You'll analyze business processes, evaluate emerging technologies, develop strategic recommendations, coordinate implementation, measure outcomes, and continuously improve how Human Intelligence operates. This is an AI-native leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, business analysis capability, commercial awareness, communication skills, and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operations, digital transformation, innovation, or executive advisory.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement capability.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational capability.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Benefits

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor

• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month, depending on experience, strategic capability, AI expertise, business transformation experience, and overall alignment with the role.
